When will I receive the items I have ordered?
Please note: in December and January, packages will be dispatched within 10 working days.
Items will normally be dispatched within 2 working days after receiving the payment. You will receive a track and trace code to track the package. Delivery times depend on the country of destination. Packages sent to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg will normally be delivered within 3 working days, sometimes even the next day. Packages sent to other EU countries will normally be delivered within 15 days after dispatch. Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please note: if you pay via bank transfer, it may take a couple of days before I receive the payment.
Can I order custom made items?

To which countries can items be sent?
I dispatch items to all countries within the EU.
Can I return or exchange items?
I accept returns, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Did you receive a damaged item? Please let me know immediately.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
